Services & Scope
We offer residential and commercial cleaning services including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleans, and post-renovation cleanup.
Please note: We do not handle biohazard materials, mold remediation, or pest control.
Scheduling & Modifications
Appointments can be booked online or by phone.
Clients will be informed of the entry date and time, the number of cleaners, and their names prior to each visit.
If you need to modify your schedule, please contact us as early as possible to avoid disruption.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a free cancellation, you must send a written notice via email or SMS within two weeks of your cancellation and include a brief explanation.
Cancellations made on the same day will incur a 50% cleaning fee.
No-shows or locked-door access issues will result in a 100% cleaning fee.
Pricing & Payment
We accept Electronic E-transfer and cheque as payment methods.
Payment is due immediately after services are rendered.
A 30% late payment penalty is compounded every 7 days. After 60 days, unpaid invoices will be forwarded to a collection agency.
We do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.
Health & Safety
Our team uses eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products safe for children and pets.
Staff are trained in proper sanitation and wear gloves and masks when necessary.
We follow all local health guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
Supplies
Alenka Cleaning Services provides all cleaning supplies at no additional cost.
You do not need to supply any products unless you have specific preferences.
Client Responsibilities
Please ensure access to your property at the scheduled time.
We ask that pets be secured during cleaning to ensure their safety and avoid distractions.
Personal items and valuables should be stored safely. Excess clutter may limit our ability to clean thoroughly.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Client information is used solely for scheduling and billing purposes and is never shared with third parties.
Liability Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to protect your property, Alenka Cleaning Services is not liable for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed prior to service.
We are fully insured for accidental damage caused during cleaning.
