Payment 

I accept two payment methods: Electronic E- transfer and cheque.

Cleaning fee

If we are unable to enter your property due to locked doors, you will be charged 100% of your cleaning fee. 

Payment is made immediately after services are rendered. Late payment penalty of 30% compounded every 7 days, and after 60 days, I will be sent to a collection agency to collect.

Cancellation policy

To receive a free cancellation service, you must send a written notice via email or SMS within two weeks of your cancellation and explain why.

My cancellation policy states that if you cancel on the same day, you will be charged a 50% cleaning fee

Supplies

The company intends to provide all cleaning supplies and will not charge any additional fees.

Schedule Modifications

Clients should be aware of the entry date and time for each visit, as well as the number of cleaners and their names.
